MINNEAPOLIS — The Dallas Wings’ four-game winning streak came to an end Tuesday night with a 100-76 loss to the Minnesota Lynx at Target Center.
Paige Bueckers led Dallas with 23 points, while Arike Ogunbowale added 16 points, six assists, and three steals. Jessica Shepard nearly recorded a double-double against her former team, finishing with 12 points and nine rebounds.
Minnesota built a 27-point first-half lead behind hot shooting and held off a second-half rally by Dallas. The Lynx shot 53.5 percent from the field and controlled the boards 41-31. Olivia Miles led Minnesota with a game-high 24 points.
The Wings (7-4) return home Thursday to host the Phoenix Mercury at College Park Center.
