SEATTLE — The Dallas Wings closed out the regular season Wednesday night with a strong finish, beating the Seattle Storm 103-91 at Climate Pledge Arena.
Jessica Shepard filled the stat sheet once again, posting her sixth triple-double of the season with 20 points, 11 rebounds and 12 assists.
Paige Bueckers led all Wings scorers with 25 points, continuing a standout rookie season. The performance marked her 26th game this season with at least 20 points.
Arike Ogunbowale added 23 points to help Dallas pull away and finish the regular season on a winning note.
The Wings carried control for much of the night before Seattle made a late push in the fourth quarter. Dallas responded when it mattered, knocking down key shots to keep the Storm from completing the comeback.
The win gave Dallas a four-game sweep of Seattle during the regular season and provided momentum heading into the postseason.
With the regular season now complete, the Wings turn their attention to the playoffs.
