MILWAUKEE — Ezequiel Durán delivered a big day at the plate as the Texas Rangers ended their four-game losing streak with a 7-4 win over the Milwaukee Brewers on Sunday.

Durán went 2-for-5 with a home run, double, two runs scored and three RBIs. His two-run double in the fifth inning gave Texas the lead for good.

Joc Pederson added a solo homer in the sixth, while Cody Freeman and Jake Burger each drove in runs as the Rangers’ offense came alive.

Kumar Rocker struck out seven over three innings, and Tyler Alexander earned the win with two scoreless innings. Jacob Latz closed it out for his 27th save.

The victory prevented a three-game sweep and gave Texas some momentum heading into its upcoming series against the Athletics.
