FRISCO, Texas — The Dallas Stars have signed defensemen Kyle Capobianco and Luke Krys to contract extensions, keeping two key blue-line contributors in the organization.
Capobianco agreed to a two-year, one-way deal after appearing in 33 games with Dallas last season, totaling two goals and three assists while also seeing action with the AHL’s Texas Stars.
Krys signed a two-year, two-way contract after recording seven goals and nine assists in 40 games with Texas during the 2025-26 season. He also contributed two assists in the Calder Cup Playoffs.
The moves strengthen the Stars’ defensive depth as the club prepares for the 2026-27 season.
