SEATTLE — Paige Bueckers scored 27 points and reached the 1,000-point milestone for her career as the Dallas Wings edged the Seattle Storm 112-110 in overtime Monday night at Climate Pledge Arena.
Azzi Fudd delivered a career-high 26 points, including the game-winning basket with 13.3 seconds remaining in overtime, helping Dallas improve to 11-6 on the season with its third win in four games.
The overtime period featured 11 lead changes as neither team led by more than two points. Dallas scored a franchise-record 16 points in overtime and set a WNBA record with 48 made field goals.
Bueckers added five rebounds and five assists, becoming the fastest player in league history to reach 1,000 points and 250 assists. Aziaha James contributed 18 points and six assists, while Jessica Shepard finished with 14 points, nine rebounds and eight assists. Li Yueru added a season-high 10 points.
Dallas shot 53.9 percent from the field and recorded 30 assists, while dominating the paint with a season-high 62 points inside. Dominique Malonga led Seattle with a game-high 37 points.
The Wings continue their road trip Thursday against the Las Vegas Aces.
