Renegades’ Kyon Barrs Signs with Arizona Cardinals

ARLINGTON, TEXAS — The Arlington Renegades are saying goodbye to one of their defensive standouts. Nose tackle Kyon Barrs has officially signed with the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals, the UFL announced Monday.

Barrs was a force on Arlington’s defensive front in 2025, starting all 10 games and contributing 24 tackles, a sack, and a pass breakup. Originally joining the Renegades in late 2024, he quickly became a key piece of the unit.

Before his UFL breakout, Barrs had brief NFL experience with the Seattle Seahawks after going undrafted out of USC. He also spent three seasons at Arizona, where he compiled over 100 tackles in his college career.

Arlington retains his UFL rights if he returns.
