Natasha Howard Has Career High Night Ending In A Close Loss, Can The Wings Bounce Back Tonight?

ARLINGTON, TX — Tonight the Dallas Wings will face the Las Vegas Aces for the second time this week. The Wings fell to the Aces Wednesday night in a close matchup 89-82.

Dallas controlled the game taking a 67-65 lead until 8:24 when Vegas’s Kiah Stokes made a fast-break layup giving the Aces their first lead, 70-69.

Although a loss for the Wings it wasn’t a complete loss when Natasha Howard has a season-high points game. Howard put up 32 points, 13 rebounds, and 3 assist. Teaira McCowan had a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds followed by Arike Ogunbowale with 12 points and Crystal Dangerfield with 11.

As far as injuries look going into tonight’s matchup the Dallas Wings are still without Lou Lopez Senechal (knee) and Diamond DeShields (knee). For the Aces they will be without starter Kelsey Plum (illness) and Riquna Willians (back).

These two teams will take the Wings court tonight at College Park Center. Tip-off is at 7PM.
