Jennings, Williams Named to Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award Watchlist

DALLAS — SMU quarterback Kevin Jennings and offensive tackle PJ Williams have been named to the 2026 Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award Watchlist.

Jennings is coming off a strong 2025 season, throwing for 3,641 yards and 26 touchdowns while completing 66% of his passes.

Williams returns as a key piece of an SMU offensive line that helped the Mustangs rank among the nation’s top passing offenses last season.

The award recognizes the nation’s top Division I offensive player with Texas ties.
