FRISCO, Texas — Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott says offensive consistency will be critical as the team prepares to face the Green Bay Packers.
After a three-day break, Prescott emphasized the importance of finishing games strong and sustaining production throughout all four quarters.
“The biggest thing is just the consistency,” Prescott said. “Start fast and just stay that way.”
Prescott also stressed the need to establish the running game, which could create more opportunities for play-action passes and force defenses to account for multiple offensive threats. He expects Green Bay to challenge Dallas with pressure and said the Cowboys must be better prepared to handle the blitz.
Reflecting on his first trip to Lambeau Field as a rookie, Prescott recalled Dallas earning a victory and praised the atmosphere surrounding one of the NFL’s most historic venues.
Prescott also highlighted accountability and team unity following recent struggles, including supporting kicker Brandon Aubrey after a difficult finish against Tampa Bay.
With the NFC East still competitive, Prescott said Dallas must focus on winning rather than relying on other teams to stumble. The Cowboys’ priorities remain clear: improve execution, sustain offensive drives and finish games.
