DALLAS, Texas — The Dallas Mavericks narrowly fell to the Milwaukee Bucks, 116-114, despite strong rebounding and standout performances from their young core.

Dallas grabbed a season-high 52 rebounds—its first back-to-back 50+ rebound games since January 2024—and dominated the fast break 31-6.

Rookie Cooper Flagg led the charge with a career-high 26 points, nine rebounds, and four assists, becoming just the fourth Maverick to post three 20-point games in his first 11 career outings, joining Luka Dončić, Jamal Mashburn, and Mark Aguirre.

Max Christie added 13 points and tied his career-high with three blocks, while Brandon Williams scored 19 and hit 10-of-11 from the line, his most with Dallas.

Giannis Antetokounmpo powered Milwaukee with 30 points, eight rebounds, and six assists as the Bucks escaped a relentless Dallas effort.
