Mavericks Fall To Clippers

DALLAS,Texas — The Mavericks come up short, falling to the LA Clippers 118-110 in front of 17,705 fans at the American Airlines Center for the first time since March 2019, Friday night. 

Luka Dončić finished game with 44 points, 9 rebounds and 9 assists tonight on 15-28 shooting, which included 7-13 from deep. Dončić’s 44 points mark a new postseason career high.

 Maxi Kleber added 14 points , Tim Hardaway Jr. had 12 points with 6 rebounds.

Kawhi Leonard led the Clippers with 36 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 blocks and a steal while Paul George had 29 points on 11-18 shooting to go with 7 rebounds and 4 assists. His 29 points were his most of the 2021 postseason.
