Mavericks End 6 Game Home Stand Against Philly Tonight

DALLAS, TEXAS — The Dallas Mavericks finish a 6 game home streak Saturday night with the Philadelphia 76’ers.

The Mavs got off to a strong start to the season and currently sit at 23-15 on the year, and 6th in the Western Conference. Lately the lineup has been in constant transition because of injuries and the Mavs have dropped 5 of their last 7 games, including Wednesday the the Nuggets and Friday night to the Lakers.

Saturday’s game will be the Mavs 7th game without Kristaps Porzingis with right knee soreness. His ability to rebound and spread the floor offensively has been missed tremendously.

Philadelphia comes to Dallas with a 25-14 record, which has them in 3rd place in the Atlantic Division. The 76’ers will be without Joel Embiid, who had surgery on his left hand ring finger and will miss several weeks.

The Mavs won their first matchup with the 76’ers on Dec. 20, 117-98. Tonight’s tip off will be at 7:30 in American Airlines Center.
