FC Dallas Tops LA Galaxy 2-1, Musa Hits Milestone in Final Home Game

FRISCO, Texas — FC Dallas closed out its home slate with a 2-1 win over the LA Galaxy, fueled by Petar Musa’s historic 18th goal of the season and a first-half rocket from Patrickson Delgado.

Musa’s strike tied him with club legends Jason Kreis, Kenny Cooper, and Jesús Ferreira for the most goals in a single season. Delgado’s long-range finish proved to be the winner—his second straight game-winner dating back to 2024.

The win extends Dallas’ unbeaten streak to eight matches (4-0-4) and keeps the club in control of its playoff fate, sitting eighth in the Western Conference.

Paxton Pomykal returned to action for the first time since May, and former captain Matt Hedges officially retired before kickoff, signing a one-day contract to end his career with the club.
