SMU Safety Ahmaad Moses Earns ACC Defensive Back of the Week

DALLAS, TEXAS — SMU safety Ahmaad Moses earned ACC Defensive Back of the Week after a dominant showing in last week’s 42-13 win over East Texas A&M. He had four solo tackles and a 95-yard interception return touchdown—the longest of his career.

This is Moses’ second time earning the honor, having made a similar impact last season. Already recognized on multiple preseason watch lists, he’s proving to be a defensive standout for SMU in 2025.
