OXNARD, CA — Second-year running back Hunter Luepke is making a strong case for an expanded role at Cowboys Training Camp
Head coach Brian Schottenheimer has taken notice of Luepke’s steady improvement and versatility. The former undrafted free agent has stood out with his physical running style, reliability in pass protection, and ability to catch out of the backfield.
With the backfield rotation still taking shape, Luepke is positioning himself as a valuable asset in Schottenheimer’s offensive system. His performance in Oxnard is quickly raising expectations heading into preseason action.
