FC Dallas Come Back Against Colorado, Winning 3-1

FRISCO, Texas – FC Dallas (3-1-2) defeating the Colorado Rapids (2-2-2) 3-1 Saturday night at Toyota Stadium.

Colorado got on the scoreboard first in the 30th minute from Diego Rubio.

Brandon Servania got FC Dallas back in the game with a goal in the 45th following the assist from Alan Velasco. “It was a very good goal, it has been a while. It was a little rough in the first half but that goal helped shift the momentum,” says Servania on his scored his third career goal of the 2022 season.

FCD controlled the game in the second half with Jesús Ferreira scoring his second MLS brace in the 51st and 89th minute. “In the beginning, we knew it was going to be a tough opponent. We knew Colorado was coming in here hungry for points. They were the winners of the Western Conference last year, that was our pre-game speech pretty much,” Ferreira says what got FC Dallas going in the second half.
