SMU Men’s Basketball Host Southeastern Louisiana

DALLAS, Texas — SMU Men’s Basketball to host Southeastern Louisiana Thursday evening. The Mustangs are undefeated at home so far this season and 2-1 overall, with their only loss coming at nationally ranked Oregon. Southeastern Louisiana heads to Dallas 2-1 overall as well, with their only loss coming to Tulane in the Lions season opener.

SMU leads the American in preseason honors, several of those going to point-guard Kendric Davis. SMU has a new roster with several transfers, many of which deserve to play according to head coach, Tim Jankovich. Davis and Marcus Weathers come off double-doubles in the win over Northwestern State Monday. SMU will likely be able to rotate and see how different lineups work together.

Under Head Coach Tim Jankovich, the Mustangs are 53-13 in regular-season non-conference games. 43 of those wins came in Moody Coliseum. The 7pm CT tip off will be available live on ESPN+ and 770 am radio.
