SMU vs Houston Canceled Due To COVID-19

DALLAS, TX – The SMU Mustangs have canceled their game this Saturday against Houstondue to COVID-19 cases within the Mustangs program.

This is the second time this game has been postponed due to COVID-19. The game was originally to be played on Nov. 21 due to issues on the Houston team, it was rescheduled to Dec.5.

This time the issues are on the Mustangs side and the second game this season the Mustangs have had to postpone due to the pandemic.

This game against Houston and their game against TCU on Sept. 12. This is the first time theSMU program has had to cancel due to COVID related issues within their program.

It is unsure if the game will be rescheduled. There is a possible opening for play on December 19but nothing has been confirmed.
