Kathryn Dunn graduated from Baylor University where she majored in Speech Communications. During college Kathryn competed in the Miss America and Miss USA pageant systems, and held the prestigious titles of Miss Frisco, Miss Plano, Miss Fort Worth, and Miss Dallas County. She was one of only 3 women in Texas pageant history to place in the Top 5 in both pageant systems and won numerous fitness and evening gown awards during my time competing. After competing, everything came full circle as she was awarded with the “Miss Texas Woman of Achievement” award, given to her for the ability to serve as a mentor to others.

Immediately after graduation, Kathryn entered into the Dallas sports industry as a Dallas Mavericks Dancer. The position as a dancer allowed her to be a great ambassador for the organization. She has danced for crowds over 30,000 people in both the United States and Colombia. For the past three seasons she has been given exclusive opportunities to emcee the games and provide fan entertainment interviews for the Mavs Insider on Fox Sports Southwest. Kathryn worked with Bryan Broaddus of DallasCowboys.com to cover the Cowboys’ mini-camps and Media week and appears regularly on D210TV covering FC Dallas Soccer and Big 12 football and also hosted a video series called “Inside the Revolution” geared towards the avid fans of indoor football. You also catch Kathyrn at Dr Pepper Ballpark, hosting the Frisco Roughriders games!
