Bonnie-Jill Laflin is a trailblazing sportscaster, actress, model, and philanthropist. As the NBA's first female scout with the Los Angeles Lakers, she has earned five championship rings and served as assistant GM for their developmental team. A former Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers cheerleader, Laflin’s career spans TV hosting for ESPN, CBS, Fox, and NBC Sports Bay Area, as well as podcasts like The Weekly Pass. She is the founder of Hounds and Heroes, a nonprofit supporting veterans, first responders, and animals, and the creator of DoublePlay Sportswear. In 2024, she authored In A League Of Her Own, highlighting female pioneers in sports. Laflin continues to break barriers in sports and entertainment while championing animal rescue and military support.
