TORONTO — The Dallas Mavericks’ struggles continued Monday night with a loss to the Toronto Raptors, extending their losing streak to seven games.
Daniel Gafford led Dallas with a season-high 21 points and 11 rebounds, shooting a perfect 10-for-10 from the field and adding a free throw. Cooper Flagg scored 17 points with eight rebounds and six assists in his third game back after missing eight games with a sprained left foot.
Brandon Williams added 16 points for Dallas, but turnovers proved costly as Toronto converted 20 Mavericks giveaways into 27 points.
The Mavericks have now lost 17 of their last 19 games and fell to 7-24 on the road.
