LAWRENCE, Kan. — TCU controlled most of the night at Allen Fieldhouse, but a 16-point second-half lead slipped away as No. 22 Kansas surged back to win in overtime.

The Horned Frogs led for more than 31 minutes and dominated the boards 43–38, but fell to 1–2 vs. Top-25 teams and 0–2 in overtime this season. TCU also hit a season-high 15 threes — its most since 2020 — yet couldn’t close it out late.

David Punch matched his season high with 20 points, added nine rebounds and blocked five shots. Liutauras Lelevicius scored a career-best 23 points and went 5-of-7 from deep while staying perfect at the line this year. Brock Harding handed out 10 assists, and Xavier Edmonds finished with 11 points.

Kansas has now won four straight in the series as TCU drops to 1–1 on the road this season.
