ARLINGTON, Texas — Josh Jung crushed a three-run walk-off homer in the 10th inning to cap off the Rangers’ biggest comeback of the season, an 8-5 win over the Yankees Tuesday night at Globe Life Field.
Texas erased 3-0 and 5-4 deficits, tying the game in the ninth on Joc Pederson’s pinch-hit solo shot before Jung delivered the knockout blow in extras. It was the Rangers’ sixth walk-off win of 2025 and their seventh straight home victory.
Jon Gray steadied things with five strong innings in relief after starter Patrick Corbin lasted just three. Ezequiel Duran added a clutch two-run single and has now hit .390 in his career against New York.
The Yankees have now lost four straight and fell to 3-7 in extra-inning games.
