Micah Parsons Requests Trade from Cowboys: “I No Longer Want to Be Here”

OXNARD, CA — In a bombshell that’s sending shockwaves through Cowboys camp, All-Pro linebacker Micah Parsons has reportedly requested a trade, telling team officials he’s ready to move on: “I no longer want to be here.”

The timing couldn’t be worse. Defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus was brought in to bring edge and discipline to a unit built around Parsons’ elite versatility. Now, the face of that defense is looking for the exit.

Parsons’ frustrations reportedly stem from internal tensions and a disconnect with the current direction of the team. The Cowboys, meanwhile, have yet to release an official statement.
