Cowboys Lock In Jake Ferguson with Four-Year Extension

OXNARD, CALIFORNIA — The Cowboys are keeping one of Dak Prescott’s top targets in-house. Dallas has agreed to a four-year contract extension with tight end Jake Ferguson, a key part of the offense heading into the 2025 season, sources confirmed.

Ferguson, 26, is set to enter his fourth year with the team after being drafted in the fourth round in 2022. He’s coming off a breakout campaign and has quickly become a reliable safety valve in the middle of the field. With the new deal in place, Dallas solidifies a major piece of its offensive core for the foreseeable future.
