Wings Part Ways with Kaila Charles After 11 Games

ARLINGTON, TX — The Dallas Wings have made an early-season roster adjustment, waiving guard/forward Kaila Charles after 11 appearances with the team.

Charles, who stands at 6-foot-1, provided energy off the bench and averaged 4.9 points and 3.5 rebounds per game. Her release comes as the team continues to evaluate its depth and search for consistency during the summer grind.

No corresponding move has been announced yet, but the decision opens up a roster spot as Dallas explores lineup flexibility heading into the next stretch of games.

The former Maryland standout previously played with the Connecticut Sun before landing in Dallas this season.
