Wings Come Up Short in Chicago Despite Ogunbowale’s 37-Point Night

CHICAGO — The Dallas Wings closed out their road trip with a 97-92 loss to the Chicago Sky on Thursday, falling to 1-5 on the season. Arike Ogunbowale erupted for 37 points, tying the WNBA’s highest single-game total this year and moving into the league’s top 20 for career threes made.

Paige Bueckers and DiJonai Carrington chipped in 15 points each, with Bueckers adding eight assists and a career-high three blocks. Chicago secured its first win of the season, dropping Dallas to its fourth straight loss.
