Sidekicks Fall At Home Against Number One Team in Division

ALLEN, TEXAS – The Dallas Sidekicks lost against the Monterrey Flash at home 5-1 in regular season play Sunday afternoon. The Sidekicks’ loan goal came from rookie Anthony Powell, assisted by defender TJ Nelson. TJ Nelson was named the Sidekicks’ Man of the Match for his phenomenal defense.

Monterrey’s Franck Tayou once again proved his worth to the Flash with four goals. The other goal came from the Flash’s Edgar González. The Flash are still in the lead in the Southwest Division.


The Sidekicks next game is on the road against the El Paso Coyotes on Jan. 19th, 2019 at 8.15 PM CT at the El Paso County Coliseum. Fans can watch the game on MASL.tv (https://bit.ly/2fwjWcb) or stay tuned to the Sidekicks’ social media pages for updates.
