2018 Dallas Cowboys Training Camp Schedule Announced

FRISCO, Texas – The Dallas Cowboys have announced the full list of dates for Training Camp in Oxnard, California. The team charter will officially leave DFW for Naval Air Station Point Magu, on July 24. The team’s new training headquarters in Oxnard will be located at River Ridge Playing Fields.

The first news conference to kick off this year’s camp will be held on July 25 and the first non-padded practice will take place the following day on July 26 at 4 p.m. Pacific Time. The first practice with pads will begin on July 28, which will also include the opening ceremony at 3 p.m. followed by practice at 4 p.m.

Fans’ traveling to California to attend the practices- admission is free to the practices, but there is a charge for parking. Here is a full list of the dates and times (in Pacific) of the Cowboys’ Training Schedule:

Thursday, July 26: 4 p.m. practice

Friday, July 27: 4 p.m. practice

Saturday, July 28: 3 p.m. opening kickoff ceremony, 4 p.m. practice

Sunday, July 29: 4 p.m. practice

Monday, July 30: Off Day

Tuesday, July 31: 4 p.m. practice

Wednesday, Aug. 1: 4 p.m. practice

Thursday, Aug. 2: 4 p.m. practice

Friday, Aug. 3: Off Day

Saturday, Aug. 4: 4 p.m. practice

Sunday, Aug. 5: 4 p.m. practice

Monday, Aug. 6: 4 p.m. practice

Tuesday, Aug. 7: 10:30 a.m. practice

Wednesday, Aug. 8: Travel Day

Thursday, Aug. 9: Pre-season game at San Francisco

Friday, Aug. 10: Off Day

Saturday, Aug. 11: 4 p.m. practice

Sunday, Aug. 12: 4 p.m. practice

Monday, Aug. 13: 4 p.m. practice

Tuesday, Aug. 14: Off Day

Wednesday, Aug. 15: 4 p.m. practice

Friday, Aug. 17: Break Camp, Return to Dallas

Saturday, Aug. 18: Pre-season game vs. Cincinnati
