DALLAS, TEXAS – Egor Koulechov scored 20 points as The Florida Gators Crushed St. Bonaventure 77-62 Thursday night.
Chris Chiozza, the Gators career assist leader said, “We got stops early in the second half, and we got out running and got some easy baskets in transition, and we just kind of built the momentum from there, and we was able to maintain it for most of the second half”.
Chiozza had 11 assist in the game to give him a total of 361 all time. It was his fourth game this season and the sixth in his career that he has registered double-digit assists.
No. 6 Florida advances to the second round to face No. 3 Texas Tech on Saturday.
