FRISCO, Texas — Matchday 4 brings Sand Diego FC (3-0-0, 9 points) to Frisco to face FC Dallas (1-1-1, 4 points) this Saturday.
After a loss on the road at Los Angeles FC last weekend, FCD will host a club that has gone 11 straight regular season matches unbeaten on the road dating back to June of last year—when SDFC beat Minnesota United 4-2 on June 14, 2025.
SDFC boasts two midfielders in Anders Dreyer and Onni Valakari, who are the only two players to feature in all of the club’s regular season and post-season matches—42 MLS career appearances each in their entirety.
Dreyer has two goals and three assists through the first three games of the regular season, and has registered at least one goal or assist in three straight matches—even contributing to five of SDFC’s eight regular season goals this season. Not forgetting to mention that Dreyer has scored 18 goals on the road in MLS Regular Season competition. While the club is exceptional on the road, so is he at finding the back of the net in foreign territory.
FCD, on the other hand, has an attacking midfielder in JoaquÃn Valiente who just made his first FC Dallas start last weekend, at LAFC—a signing that’s brought much excitement to the FCD fanbase.
The No. 2 pick in the 2026 MLS SuperDraft, Ricky Louis, also made his league debut on the road last weekend, shortly after Valiente took the pitch—another promising young star for the Hoops.
A club in its second season with an unbeaten record so far this regular season that has outscored opponents 8-0, taking on a Texas team who looks to stay unbeaten on home soil.
Kickoff will be at 7:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, March 14.
