DALLAS — The Dallas Mavericks reached 100 points for the 32nd straight game but fell 110-100 to the Boston Celtics on Tuesday night. The streak is Dallas’ longest this season and matches its best stretch in six years. The Mavericks also committed just nine turnovers, marking their sixth game this season with fewer than 10.

Rookie Cooper Flagg led Dallas with 36 points, nine rebounds, six assists and two blocks, becoming the first teenager in NBA history to record three straight 30-point games. The performance marked his fourth career 30-5-5 outing, placing him among the top rookie producers of the past 15 years.

Flagg also tied Kevin Durant for the third-most 35-point games by a teenager and joined Michael Jordan and Allen Iverson as rookies to post three straight 30-point games on 50% shooting in the last 40 years. He now leads all rookies in scoring at 20.1 points per game.

Daniel Gafford added 10 points and 12 rebounds for his second straight double-double.

Boston was powered by Jaylen Brown’s 33 points and 11 rebounds, while Payton Pritchard contributed 26 points and seven assists. Luka Garza chipped in four made 3-pointers without a miss as the Celtics secured the win.
