OKLAHOMA CITY — A shorthanded Mavericks squad couldn’t keep pace Friday night, falling 132–111 to a blazing Oklahoma City team that pushed its win streak to 14.
Jaden Hardy led Dallas with 23 points and five threes, while Naji Marshall added 18. Rookie Cooper Flagg, the catalyst of the Mavs’ recent three-game surge, finished with 16 against tight Thunder pressure.
Anthony Davis never found his footing, going scoreless until the fourth quarter and ending with just two points on 1-of-9 shooting.
The Thunder controlled the game behind Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s 33 points in three quarters and a 41-point third period that put the Mavericks too far behind to recover.
Up next: Dallas hosts the Houston Rockets on Saturday.
