UNT Hires Neal Brown as Next Head Coach

DENTON, TX — The University of North Texas has officially announced Neal Brown as the new head coach of the Mean Green football program. Brown, known for his offensive acumen and success at previous programs, will take over as UNT looks to build a competitive future in the AAC.

Brown previously served as head coach at West Virginia, where he revitalized the Mountaineers’ offense and led the team to multiple bowl appearances. UNT athletic director praised Brown’s vision, saying, “Neal brings the leadership, experience, and energy we need to take our program to the next level.”
