FORT WORTH — TCU dominated Tarleton State 80-32 on Wednesday, extending its home winning streak to 28 games. Coach Raegan Campbell is closing in on 100 career wins, needing a victory over UTRGV on Sunday to reach the milestone in just 140 games—a pace only matched in the Big 12 by Iowa State’s Bill Fennelly.
Paige Suarez posted her 14th career double-double and second straight 20-point game, while Destiny Miles recorded her NCAA-leading 21st career game with at least 15 points and seven assists. Hunter has scored double figures in six of her last eight games, hitting at least two 3-pointers in every outing this season. Bigby continues her efficiency, shooting 50% or better and scoring in double figures for the 15-0 Frogs.
Other contributors included Kennedy Basham (6 points, 4 rebounds, 3 blocks) and Clara Bielefeld, who grabbed a career-high five boards. TCU now sets its sights on Sunday’s game against UTRGV and Campbell’s 100th win.
