Stars Crush Canadiens 7–0 Behind Robertson’s Big Night

MONTREAL, CANADA — The Dallas Stars steamrolled the Montreal Canadiens 7–0 on Thursday, stretching their win streak to four. Jason Robertson led the charge with two goals and an assist during a dominant second period that blew the game wide open.

Wyatt Johnston opened the scoring on a first-period power play, and Dallas never looked back. Esa Lindell, Tyler Seguin, Colin Blackwell, and Alexander Petrovic added goals as Montreal pulled Jakub Dobes after five against.

Casey DeSmith stopped all 24 shots for his first shutout of the season, anchoring a Stars team that has now won seven straight at Bell Centre.

Montreal also lost forward Alex Newhook to a right-leg injury in the second.

Up Next: Dallas hosts Philadelphia on Saturday.
