NASHVILLE, TENN — The Dallas Stars flipped the script in Music City on Saturday night, storming back with three goals in the third period to edge the Nashville Predators 5–4.
Adam Erne and Sam Steel delivered the knockout blows just 47 seconds apart midway through the final frame, erasing a 3–2 deficit and lifting Dallas to its second win in three games.
Mavrik Bourque continued his strong rookie campaign with a goal and an assist, while Roope Hintz and Justin Hryckowian also found the back of the net. Jake Oettinger stopped 16 shots, and Miro Heiskanen stayed hot with two assists — giving him seven points over his last three games.
Nashville’s Filip Forsberg, Steven Stamkos, Luke Evangelista, and Nicolas Hague all scored, but the Predators couldn’t hold off Dallas’ late surge, dropping their fourth straight.
The Stars killed off a late Nashville power play to preserve the comeback and now turn their attention to Sunday’s home matchup against the Seattle Kraken.
