DALLAS — Dallas Trinity FC couldn’t overcome a late deficit, falling 3-2 to DC Power FC Sunday night in front of 3,229 fans celebrating Día de Los Muertos at the Cotton Bowl.
Mansfield native Camryn Lancaster tied the match 1-1 in the 20th minute, but two second-half goals from DC put Trinity behind. Gracie Brian scored in the 85th to pull within one, yet Dallas couldn’t find the equalizer.
