ARLINGTON, Texas — The Cowboys stayed perfect at home, routing Washington 44–22 at AT&T Stadium. Dallas has now scored 40-plus points in all three home games this season — a feat matched only once before in franchise history (1973).
Dak Prescott continued his elite run, throwing for 264 yards, three touchdowns, and a 130.4 passer rating. It was his fourth straight game with three TD passes and a rating over 120, joining Russell Wilson and Andrew Luck as the only quarterbacks to do so. Prescott also tied Tony Romo for the most career three-touchdown games (40) in team history.
CeeDee Lamb had five catches for 110 yards and a 74-yard score, becoming the fastest Cowboys receiver to 7,000 scrimmage yards. Tight end Jake Ferguson added two touchdowns, setting an NFL record as the first tight end with 50 catches and six scores through seven games.
Running back Javonte Williams powered the ground game with 116 yards and a touchdown, his third straight 100-yard home performance.
Defensively, DaRon Bland struck again with a 68-yard interception return — his sixth career pick-six, the most in Cowboys history. Jadeveon Clowney and rookie Donovan Ezeiruaku each recorded their first sacks, while Brandon Aubrey nailed a 61-yarder, his fifth career field goal from 60-plus yards — an NFL record.
Dallas improved to 3–3–1 and 20–7 against NFC East teams since 2021. Up next: a road matchup at Denver on Oct. 26.
