FRISCO, TEXAS — George Pickens is putting together the most impressive stretch of his young NFL career — and another milestone could be just one catch away.
Through Week 5, Pickens has totaled 23 receptions for 357 yards and five touchdowns, averaging 15.5 yards per catch. He’s scored in four consecutive games, the longest touchdown streak of his career. With another score on Sunday in Carolina, Pickens would become just the seventh player in franchise history to record a receiving touchdown in five straight games — a mark last reached by CeeDee Lamb in 2023.
One more trip to the end zone would also set a new personal best for Pickens, who would surpass his previous single-season high in receiving touchdowns.
“It’s career high, but all I can say is, you know, the guys — that young O-line stepping up — because this is my first year, so they definitely helped me out as well,” Pickens said.
With his chemistry growing and production spiking, Pickens has emerged as a consistent playmaker in the offense. Now, he’s one touchdown away from making franchise history.
