ARLINGTON, Texas — Texas fell 4-3 to Miami, dropping the series and extending their season-high losing streak to six. Jack Leiter gave up four runs in 5.2 innings, including back-to-back homers for the first time in his career.

Kyle Higashioka, Alejandro Osuna, and Rowdy Tellez drove in runs, but it wasn’t enough. Miami’s Troy Johnston and Connor Norby hit back-to-back homers in the sixth, and rookie Agustín Ramírez extended his hitting streak to 11 games.

The Rangers aim to avoid a sweep in tomorrow’s finale at Globe Life Field.
