FRISCO, TEXAS — FC Dallas wasted no time jumping on Austin FC, securing a 2-0 win at Toyota Stadium behind early goals and a dominant all-around showing.
Petar Musa opened the scoring just 91 seconds in, marking his 15th goal of the season and 50th MLS start with authority. Logan Farrington earned the assist on Musa’s sixth-fastest goal in club history.
Bernard Kamungo added the insurance goal in the 49th minute, slotting home a low cross from Patrickson Delgado.
“It’s just about belief and smelling the danger,” Kamungo said. “I trusted Patrickson would find me, and thankfully, he did.”
Goalkeeper Jacob Jackson recorded a clean sheet and notched the team’s first goalkeeper assist since 2021. Dallas improved to 6-0-1 at home vs. Austin and extended its home sellout streak to 32 matches.
