ARLINGTON, TX – The Dallas Wings battled hard on Wednesday night but ultimately fell 101-95 to the Connecticut Sun at College Park Center. Despite a standout performance from Aziaha James, who led Dallas with 22 points, the Wings couldn’t overcome a balanced offensive attack from Connecticut.

Leïla Lacan paced the Sun with 22 points of her own, keeping Connecticut in control throughout the second half. Dallas stayed competitive, with James and her teammates pushing the pace and forcing contested shots, but the Sun’s depth and timely scoring proved decisive.

With the loss, the Wings fall to 9-30 on the year. Next up for Dallas: a showdown with A’ja Wilson and the Atlanta Dream
