ARLINGTON, TX – The Texas Rangers pulled off a thrilling 4-3 walk-off win over Cleveland with a two-run rally to start the ninth inning, marking their eighth walk-off of the season and third in August.

Joc Pederson delivered the heroics with a right-center double, scoring Corey Seager for his first walk-off as a Ranger and fifth career overall. Pederson has now hit in four straight games and driven in runs in three consecutive contests.

Nathan Eovaldi was dominant on the mound, allowing one run over seven innings with nine strikeouts and no walks, lowering his MLB-leading ERA to 1.73—the best through 22 starts in franchise history.

Offensively, Wyatt Langford hit his 19th homer of the season to give Texas a temporary lead, while Rowdy Tellez tied the game earlier with a solo shot. Ezequiel Duran continues his hot streak, batting .410 over his last 14 games.

For Cleveland, José Ramírez had a two-run double in the eighth to take the lead, and C.J. Kayfus opened the scoring. Slade Cecconi pitched six solid innings but took the loss, giving up two solo homers.

Texas now rides the momentum of a late-inning rally into the rest of the series, continuing their knack for dramatic finishes.
