Rangers Roll Past A’s, Snap Skid with 15-2 Rout

ARLINGTON, TEXAS — The Rangers ended a three-game slide in emphatic fashion Tuesday, routing the Athletics 15-2 behind a season-best offensive outburst.

Texas scored eight runs in the sixth inning and totaled 18 hits, with Adolis García, Wyatt Langford, and Kyle Higashioka each delivering bases-clearing doubles—marking the first time in club history with three such hits in one game.

Jacob deGrom earned his first win of the season, tossing six scoreless innings with seven strikeouts and no walks on just 65 pitches.

Leody Taveras had three hits and tied the franchise record for career starts in center field (462). Josh Jung extended his hit streak to seven games, while Marcus Semien reached base four times.

Texas improved to 11-4 at home, matching its best 15-game home start in franchise history.
