Renegades Look to Stay Perfect Against Stallions

ARLINGTON, Texas — The Arlington Renegades are off to a historic start, opening the 2025 season 2-0 for the first time. Both wins came at home, including an 11-9 victory over the Houston Roughnecks, sealed by a fourth-quarter touchdown from Luis Perez to Deontay Burnett.

Next, Arlington hosts the Birmingham Stallions in a rematch of last year’s showdown between the 2023 XFL and USFL champions. Birmingham won that meeting 27-14 and leads the all-time series 1-0.

Series highlights:

  • Birmingham holds a 1-0 series lead
  • No game has been decided by fewer than 7 points or more than 9
  • Stallions are 1-0 at Choctaw Stadium
  • Arlington has scored 12 total points in the series; Birmingham has 21

The Stallions (1-1) enter Friday’s game coming off a win over Michigan. The Renegades look to stay unbeaten and even the series at home.
