Wings Down Fever 82-78 Behind Arike Ogunbowale’s 30

BRADENTON, FL The Dallas Wings (6-10) took down the Indiana Fever (5-10) 82-78 on CBS Saturday afternoon, August 29.

The Wings’ scoring was headlined by Arike Ogunbowale’s seventh career 30-point game. The Notre Dame product got help from an Oregon graduate in Satou Sabally, who recorded her fourth career double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Since returning from injury, the Rookie of the Year hopeful has been a force on the glass for Dallas, leading the team with 22 total rebounds in the past two games.

Dallas’ attack was bolstered by Allisha Gray, who dropped in 13 points, and Marina Mabrey, who had 10 points and hit a clutch three pointer with 10 seconds remaining to ice the game.

Dallas next battles the Los Angeles Sparks (11-3) on Wednesday, September 2, at 7 p.m. CT on CBSSN.
