CONSULTING RATES and FEES

$200 per hour – This basic consulting rate is designated for video production advice during face to face meetings. Generally, a client is looking for a new direction, needs a new perspective for video production or perhaps a fresh approach for a recurring video production problem. Included in this rate are the following services:

• Online research.

• Research phone calls with third parties.

$200 per hour – This rate is designated for designing, implementing and streamlining specific video production processes, video software, working with the client’s employees and vendors.

CONSULTING POLICES and BILLING

Minimum Charges, Appointments and Cancellations:
Hourly Rates are charged from the start time of an appointment in increments of .25 (¼) of an hour. If you need to cancel an appointment, a minimum 24 hours advance notice is required either by telephone, fax, email or text message. Without a 24 hour notice, a minimum charge of $150.00 will be incurred.

Payment of Fees:
New clients: Prior to the first paid consulting session, prepayment of a minimum of 1 hour of consulting time will be required. Payment is made via check.

Retainer: A minimum  retainer  in addition to a consulting agreement, is required. The Retainer amount is determined upon the scope of work entailed and time involved.

Monthly Billing: Statements are remitted on the 1st of every month, with payment due in full by the 10th. Past Due amounts will accrue interest at a rate of 1.50% per month.

Expenses:
Travel expenses may be incurred. Such expenses are approved in advanced by clients and reimbursed through monthly billing remittances.

Agreements:
Each client will receive a basic proposal outlining the scope of work and objectives. Once a proposal is accepted, a consulting agreement is drafted, outlining and identifying the scope of work, fees, obligations and responsibilities between both parties.
