Brooklyn Nets center Brook Lopez scored a season-high 38 points to go along with 11 rebounds and two block shots and Nets point guard Deron Williams had 31 points and a team-high six assists as the Nets defeated the Dallas Mavericks 113-96.

Dirk Nowitzki led the Mavericks with 16 points and recorded his 9,000th career rebounda and became the 46th player in NBA history with at least 9,000 boards.
