A ring ceremony in honor of The Dallas Mavericks’ 2011 on Wednesday night as The Dallas Mavericks accepted their NBA championship rings didn’t stop the Minnesota Timberwolves as they defeated the Mavericks 105-90 on Wednesday and snapped Dallas’ seven-game home winning streak.

The Mavericks had won three straight overall before falling to Minnesota on Wednesday. Minnesota also ended Dallas’ run of 15 consecutive games holding teams under 100 points and improved to 2-0 against the Mavericks this NBA season series. Jason Terry led Dallas in scoring with 17 points.

Timberwolves forward Kevin Love had his 17th double-double with a game-high 31 points and 10 rebounds.
